Engage Young People
Engage Young People refers to the Single Regeneration Budget 5 programme, which closed in September 2003. The Engage Partnership directed this pot of money towards projects working with young people between 14 and 25 years of age.
The SRB5 programme funded 23 projects, including the employment of an Engage Young People Fieldworker.
(NB Funding is still available for projects through the West Cornwall Funding Group. With effect from 26th October 2004 the Engage Partnership merged with the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund Group to establish the West Cornwall Funding Group - which now manages both the Single Regeneration Programme and the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme. This provides a more direct approach to funding for the West Cornwall area. For further information on the West Cornwall Funding Group visit www.wctogether.info)
